Batch messages can be uploaded to the ChequeBoxSMS FTP server.
Messages can be throttled to allow agents a steady flow of responses that are manageable. Custom batch messages can be programmed and batches can refer to those messages for different stages of collection. Each message can be assigned a collector and a response email for SMS notifications to get live results.
Each client can set up as many individual application users as they would like, who may send any number of SMS messages, at $39.95 plus HST per month per user for up to 800 messages each, and further messages are billed at a rate of $0.05 per message.

Each client agrees that this application will only be used for collection or accounts receivable purposes and not solicitation, observe privacy legislation, and limit communications with individual consumers to the frequency allowed by law in conjunction with the Chequebox or ChequeboxSMS applications.
Not at this time. Our current capabilities are designed for texting withing Provincial/State and Federal laws of Canada and the US, but we are not equipped to text other countries at this time.
